[Bug 21197] Black dots are seen on some 3D models in GTAIV

Interesting fact: when i switched video cards, i always had GTAIV work without
this bug for at least the first time. But after some time this bug reappears
again. It may be related to nvidia configuration saved after new card is
detected.
