[Bug 42226] No ingame sfx audio when CD Audio playing with builtin dsound in Ignition

Bug still present in Wine 7.18.

The following output is triggered many times: (see debug log in attachments)
> 0024:warn:dsound:PrimaryBufferImpl_Lock failed priority check!

Tested using the iso image mounted with cdemu, available at archive.org:
