[Bug 23523] Call of Juarez DX10 Benchmark does not start

Confirming the download URL in the bug description is dead, and that the
official demo from TechPowerUp returns "License date has expired. Please
contact the software provider to update the software or extend the license."

The benchmark as included in the full game does not have this problem.

Tested on Wine 2.7.
