[Bug 39296] Setup dialog windows needs to drag for capture

It's so noticeable, but anyway:

1. Run installer, click 'Next' button.
2. See 'Browse...' button and click on it.
3. Try to click on 'Folder' field to change default installation path.
4. Can see a previous window. Click on it and drag down.
5. Now can see 'Browse the Folder' window. Click on it.
