[Bug 32673] Rainbow Six fails to start for the first time with windows version > ME

I successfully installed and played the game on a windows XP machine without
compatibility mode. A friend of mine tried it on windows 7, it also worked
except for the Mission Pack (Eagle Watch) videos, he solved that my deleting
the video directory, no compatibility mode needed.
