i use ATI Radeon HD2600XT, drivers are fglrx 8.5
i will retest with current wine version, i just don't have dvd with me at the
moment

when i start any directx application i always get
fixme:d3d:test_pbo_functionality >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> GL_INVALID_OPERATION (0x502)
from Loading the PBO test texture
 @ directx.c / 3594 

so i guess crash with pbuffers can be related to this
