There's already a bug requesting source packages for Debian (bug 39782). One of
the comments in it has instructions for creating a source package using the
scripts published on https://github.com/wine-compholio/wine-packaging, but
those instructions were written before the move to the current build system, so
I don't know if they are still valid.
