WordPad - Incorrect Print Preview rendering (buttons layout)

Step to reproduce

Open wordpad, enpty document
Open Print preview ("step 1" screenshot) => only some buttons displayed (not
all)
Increase width to show all buttons (step 2)
Reduce width down to step 1 (step 3) => different layout with all buttons
displayed
