[Bug 42484] Does not connect to server (error libgnutls, secure connections)

Firewall disabled, fresh install sytem, network setting by default. 
Also I tried replace /system32/winsock.dll from native Windows XP, it dont
work.

In Windows XP and 10, and Virtualbox it work fine.
