[Bug 21884] Resident Evil 2: no sound and annoying dialog window

I found easiest way to fix "StreamOpen Error"
1. Open ResidentEvil2.exe file
2. Go to OPTIONS
3. In "Features" bookmark find SOUND QUALITY and change it to HIGH QUALITY
4. Click OK :)
