So expect the target to move depending on what bug patch of the Blizzard tools you have. Note that Blizzard does not seem to give a user trackable version number for the Launcher.exe file that this is tied to. The version of the game Wow.exe is still the same as from Sept-25/2009. Wow.exe patch 2.2.2a. build 10505. Is still the game version for the tools patches of 2009-Nov-09 and 2009-Nov-12 that apparently changed the Launcher and the Patcher.
