cant make characters show up

I tried using the Mash Version 7.5 (Microsoft Agent scripting Helper), and I
couldn't show microsoft agent characters, and I couldn't make it speak either. 

OS: Lubintu 22.04.5
Chipset: Livemore8 945g chipset
CPu: Intel E2140
Ram 1.5gb ram
