I would like to confirm that Origin doesn't launch games in 1.8-rc1, other than that it looks fairly polished. Disabling the .dll you indicated doesn't do the trick for me. It results in antoher crash.
Hello Maik, It's mf.dll (not ml.dll) that needs to be disabled, and this bug happens when you freshly install a game in Origin. If you have problems starting already installed games in Origin, that's probably a different issue. I read your latest comment in bug #38495 and tried Syndicate in Origin: it crashes on start when 'Origin in game' option is enabled, but starts fine when it is disabled. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
