Try starting it with full path e.g. i did

wine "z:\\sda6\\rommel\\RealArcade-Installer_fishdom_ambientv2.exe"

Then it gets again a tiny bit further for me, but i cannot click the
downloadbutton.  Dusty, can you confirm this?
