I tried:
[austin(a)localhost ~]$ sha1sum FXTS2Install.EXE 
cbc239c867689d9f3cbfeb0901d2722388f07ae3  FXTS2Install.EXE

with wine-1.7.43-142-g98b991f. It fails to install, but uses msvcp80.dll
(winetricks vcrun2005). If I run winetricks vcrun2005 before installing, it
works fine.

What is the sha1sum of the installer you're using? Does it have a public
download available?
