patch, add stub

The attached patch fixes the crash. 
I could reproduce the crash by selectin process -> capture --> press ``x-key``

I doubt if the capture after this patch does anything useful, but I think
that`s more likely due to all the other eventlog calls that appear in the
console:

StartTraceW stub
OpenTraceW stub
ProcessTrace stub...
