Manga Studio EX 3.0 wintab32 debug log after patches

After applying the patches from bug #11846, the behaviour when drawing is
weird. Each time I tap on my tablet, a line appears from the 0:0 coordinates of
the child window that contains the drawing sheet, to the point I just tapped.
