[Bug 57201] EA client cannot launch game after wine 8.17+

I will try fresh prefix tonight.  Reinstall game does same thing.  If fresh
prefix does not correct it I will create the wbemprox log.  client has been
auto-refreshed in the existing Win10 prefix.

to reproduce: log into EA client, select library, select game (tested with PvZ
GoTY and Steamworld Dig, both originally installed with old origin installer),
launch game.  On wine 8.16 the game will start and run, on wine 8.17+ an error
message will be given stating the game cannot be launched.
