Attempting to File --> Create PDF --> From Multiple Files produces the exact
same msgbox error mentioned in the original report.

Or rather, you can create a new pdf from two existing pdfs, but when you try
and save the resulting new pdf, you get the msgbox error "Unhandled page fault
on read access...etc" error.
