I can't reproduce your problem, works fine here (wine-1.1.0-253-g2f1c7b1) winetricks vcrun6 msxml3/4 is needed as installer prerequisite (http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5565). Make sure you have a clean WINEPREFIX before installation.
