[Bug 49979] EasyCash&Tax Ribbon menu (VS2008 Feature Pack) no longer reacts to mouse clicks on submenu items

Finally had a clue: The data folder ("Datenverzeichnis") on a users computer
had no write privileges. After changing to a folder below "Documents" the
Subitems of the Ribbon menus were clickable again.
