[Bug 13974] New dialogs don't have focus

The focus issue and the special characters issue are two separate problems.
Please file a separate bug for the special characters issue.

For the focus issue, either try to downgrade to Wine 0.9.59 and see if the
problem go away, or try Gnome and see if the problem is there as well.
