[Bug 33105] un/plugging earphone while playing kills sound on MacOS

Confirming that my patch to get_current_aqbuffer_position prevents mplayer from
loosing sound. Video stalls for that half a second at un-/plug time, though,
(presumably mplayer keeps video "in sync" with the stalled audio) so perhaps
that can be improved. Same Behaviour with mplayer -ao dsound and -ao win32.
