I used this format from the FAQ:
WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid wine your_program.exe &> /tmp/output.txt

Also, it is not "crashing" like it first did, but is drawing a black screen and
you eventually hear some sounds, but the escape key will close the program.
