[Bug 10771] Dialogs broken in Origin7/7.5/8, msxml needs to support ISupportErrorInfo?

ISupportErrorInfo support was added for every node type with
b26ad412d316ae690a9183ebab38845e00eeba4c. Please retest with current git.
