[Bug 26195] Counter-Strike Source Beta freezes after 30 seconds of internet gameplay on a multi-core system

The patch does seem to prevent the crash, but the game performs better on only
one processor and also the patch seems to cause issues in the game, kicking out
of servers due to timeouts.
