[Bug 25730] xmlnode_get_nodeTypedValue need to handle node type

Okay, that makes sense. It looks like builtin msxml fails to even load resource
stream with native IE (it uses urlmon to load from urls), and it's probably
res:// specific issue. Anyway this failure is interesting on its own.
