What is the difference how can we view the image, by block manipulating or by
decompressing? The final result is the same "we can view images created with
DXTn".
It is a problem of those who uses the compression to encode images but it is
not a problem for those who bought a game to play.
I think it's a time to call lawyer to resolve a question.
