[Bug 41422] Bricscad: dots and small objects left "traces" while moving

I found this bug affects two other pieces of CAD software: DesignSpark and PCB
Elegance. I tracked to down to a problem with SetPixel(). It doesn't support
the R2_XORPEN foreground mix mode as it should.
