[Bug 54727] LDAP Explorer (LEX) throws an exception when attempting to connect over SSL

After implementing LDAP_OPT_SSL, LEX gets a little farther, but throws a
similar exception after:

    0024:fixme:wldap32:ldap_set_optionW Unsupported option: 0x10

0x10 is LDAP_OPT_REFERRAL_HOP_LIMIT.
