wine-1.1.19-272-g73977e6 +gdiplus +relay +seh +tid last 2MB

Everest Poker and Casino exit silently after the initial "Starting up..."
screen.
Workaround is native gdiplus.dll

+gdiplus doesn't give much so attaching last 2MB of +relay log.  Full log
available if needed (~26MB), it compresses well.
