In the attached archive you can find a good and a bad log (+cmd).

The good log was made with wine-3.11.
I let the program install the plugin until the installation was complete.

The bad log was made with wine-3.13 (git).
I let the program try to install the plugin for a while and then I cancelled
the installation.
