log with +d3drm,+ddraw

I made a wine from git 1.9.4-1.9.4-188-g5953927
and apply patch for SetAppData() and GetAppData() as in comment 15.
The game finished with error, black screen only.
Full log with tracing attached.
d3drm set builtin.
