[Bug 38600] Planetary Annihilation needs msvcp110.dll._Cnd_init

Now that bug #38607 has been fixed GOG Galaxy starts up with built-in msvcp110
& msvcr110. 
When I try to install a game from my game library, GOG Galaxy crashes:
