After copying that file to the proper place , the app starts in the system tray, but then just sits there...., i can see from ps -ux sipru.exe is running but nothing happens. Anyway, this is probably just because the app is not installed properly, so i suggest to reserve this bug for the installation failure. For me the installation fails with a message box: " The screen resolution must be more then 800x640" but actually my resolution is more. Looks like an msi-bug to me.
