For some reason the wgl log is not complete. Perhaps the application uses
multiple GL threads. Try to explicitly set WINEDEBUG=+wgl in your shell and
then run wine again and pipe all wgl output to a log file.

Upto now it looks like no pixel format was set on hdc 0xbd04 which leads to the
problem.
