I began having this problem when I upgraded to Ubuntu 9.04 from 8.10. I try and
join a server and the game just crashes. I found a temporary fix by disabling
pulseaudio.

System specifications:
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4Ghz
4GB RAM
NVIDIA 8600M GT
Ubuntu 9.04 x86-64
Wine 1.1.19
