shovel patch (to help digging)

we need to understand why configure doesn't get the right info out of
pkg-config

could you:
- apply the attached patch
- from wine source tree: run 'autoconf'
- from wine 32bit compilation dir: run 'rm -f config.cache; ./configure <with
your usual opts>'
- post back the config.log and pkgcfg2-freetype2 files from 32bit compilation
