[Bug 11674] Dual-core not being correctly supported in World of Warcraft (WOW)

This patch needs far better (English) documentation, and needs to be split up
into each piece of the overall job, so each piece can be confirmed stable or
causing a problem.

I love the performance boost, but it's just too unreliable and I fear it will
be lost in time once its developer gives up on it rather than its ideas being
looked at further.
