Wine 1.3.10 fixes the crash on logout.
CancelIPChangeNotify function was missing from iphlpapi.dll and AO was trying
to call it. A stub for it was added in commit
bf6a20fad39e788638f1c7c9ebc9865a9e0cdf66.
