I even tried copying my game install to a fresh wine prefix. I suppose seen as some people have this working it's even more likely to be a driver problem, or at least a non-wine problem. I know it worked in windows xp when I had it installed, on the same h/w. No idea what version drivers I had. Right now I'm using the same as in my last post, "Nvidia driver 100.14.19 64bit (8500 GT) with xorg 1.3" but now with wine 0.9.59.
