[Bug 36336] NaturallySpeaking doesn't work with alsa or pasuspender

patch by Andrew Eikum mentioned in 10495, attachment 48861, may partially fix
this problem, in that it seems to make wine access alsa. See my comments. 
It made NatSpeak run with alsa directly only. 
Did NOT affect pasuspender.
