[Bug 11595] Notepad++ freezes if native application changes a file it has open (dogfood)

Gat, your "howto" doesnt complete workaround. If you simply remove file it will
asks about "file not exist" and dies anyway. But yeah, i'm working now under
this "manual reload" mode.
