[Bug 45894] Final Fantasy XIV cinematics do not play

Simply installing the game won't induce a failure to load quartz.dll, that's
the sort of thing that comes about due to use of DLL overrides or something
similar. What winetricks verbs and/or DLL overrides have you used in the
relevant prefix?

In particular, I wouldn't be surprised if you used 'winetricks directx9'. This
breaks quartz: https://github.com/Winetricks/winetricks/issues/1097
