[Bug 19469] ResEdit crashes checking for updates

Same crash running wine-1.3.37-447-ge79644e.

It crashes calling BindStatusCallback_OnProgress with BINDSTATUS_CONNECTING
status code, so it probably means it's called in a wrong time.
