[Bug 32280] 32 bit Visual C++ 2010 Express full installer complains "Unknown Error"

I didn't notice, but yeah, I suppose the installer skips .net installation.
(It does install some .net addon, though.)

I filed bug 34627 for the msvcm80 problem, and updated winetricks'
vc2010express
verb to include the two workarounds you mentioned, thanks!
