So I'm now basically forced to use pulseaudio? It makes here a lot trouble like
not exposing all audio controls and "exclusively locking" the hardware (so ALSA
can no longer access it). I found that very wrong, because there is also
libjack (different audio server) and plain ALSA itself there.
