Indeed, Louis Lender's fix helped. No idea why, but thank you for the time
being! With a slightly complicated model the software bogged down quite a bit,
but was workable. However, I had to press and hold mouse buttons for a moment
in order for clicks to register (odd...). Also with the file save dialog you
have to type right away over the highlighted part or it will turn into spaces
and cause a stack overflow when you try to save.
