It's easier to just download the packages and install them from your hard
drive. The forum topic mentioned in comment 2 has direct links to each of the
repositories. 

If you want to add the OBS repository, you have to download and add the OBS
Release.key first. The specific command to add the repository will depend on
which one you are trying to add. 

If you need further help, ask on the forum.
