I guess there is no way to revert back to ELF for a specific build? It could
suggest that the specific MinGW version has become more important. Does Wine
have a way built-in to compare two sets of builds?

Is the Wine test suite being ran against the Ubuntu builds? If not. Maybe
running it against both my build and the Ubuntu build could reveal differences.
